Brian is the leader of Mercer’s Career Products and Total Rewards Consulting in Hong Kong.
With 10 years of HR consulting and analytics experience in the industry, Brian demonstrates his expertise as a practice leader in the Human Capital Management field. Over the years, he has provided insights and advices to hundreds of companies, from local boutiques to multinational companies, on market trends, practices for company fit, effective use of HR data, to name but many.
Other than Mercer, Brian has also worked in Aon and Willis Towers Watson, so he has developed his knowledge and expertise from the Big-3 HR advisory firms. All of these experience has extended his exposure in multiple industries, such as Financial Institutions, High-Tech, Consumer Goods, Real Estate, Legal, Pharmaceutical, Transportation and Logistics, etc.
Currently, Brian and his team has a client-base of over 500 multinational companies, in which they provide consulting services in organizational structure, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee experience and talent assessment.
Brian holds an Honor Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
