Lily is Associate Director based in Hong Kong. Lily is leading the rewards practice of Mercer Career business based in Hong Kong. She is focusing on providing strategic talent consulting services to clients in Asia and Greater China, including organization and rewards strategy design, role and process analysis & design, job evaluation, grading and salary structure design, incentive design, performance management advisory, etc.
Lily has coached HR leaders, HR professionals from different enterprises across Greater China, in areas of job analysis and evaluation, rewards management, performance management, etc. Lily also provided quite a lot of rewards and performance management related workshops to her clients during such project work.
