Robert is the Career Business Leader for Mercer in Hong Kong and is responsible for advising clients on long-term workforce strategy and helping them deliver measureable results. Robert has over 25 years of experience in financial services both in corporate and consulting areas. His areas of expertise range from executive compensation and board/committee advisory, to broad-based compensation M&A and benefits design. Robert has worked with clients on projects involving organization structure review, senior executive rewards benchmarking, compensation strategy, program design and implementation, business performance benchmarking, and staffing model/organization structure review.
Prior to joining Mercer, Robert was a co-founder of Pretium Partners, a niche management consulting firm, from 2012 to 2015. He also led the McLagan regional consulting business and played leadership reward roles in the reputable financial institutions with significant treasury and debt management businesses, including JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup.
He holds a MBA from Andrews University of Michigan in the US. He is also a Practicing Management Consultant of Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council.
