Robert is the Career Business Leader in Mercer Hong Kong. He has more than 25 years of financial services corporate and consulting experience in executive compensation, board/ committee advisory, broad-based compensation, M&A, benefits design, senior executive rewards benchmarking, tactical program design and implementation, business performance benchmarking, and staffing model/ organization structure review. He is also a financial services industry subject matter expert in Mercer Asia.
Robert was the co-founder of Pretium Partners, a niche management consulting firm and has also led the McLagan regional consulting business serving financial service clients both regionally and locally. Previously, he has been in leadership reward roles in reputable financial institutions with both Retail and Institutional businesses, including JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup.
Robert holds a MBA from Andrews University of Michigan, U.S. He is also a Practising Management Consultant (PMC) of Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council.
Insurance Vertical Lead, Hong Kong
Hyuna is the Insurance Vertical Lead and Workforce Rewards Practice Leader within Mercer’s Career Business in Hong Kong. She has over 20 years of consulting experience across talent strategy, workforce planning, employee value proposition, change management and communication, total rewards design, M&A, employee engagement and culture, leadership and succession planning, performance management, and organization design.
Before joining Mercer, Hyuna was leading rewards and talent practice in a leading HR consulting firm and was based in Singapore and Korea. Prior to that, she has worked as a consultant in an esteemed strategy consulting firm; as a research fellow in National University Singapore; and as a BPR (Business Process Reengineering) consultant in POSCO Research Institute.
Hyuna holds a MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a Master of Science in Management Information System at POSTECH, Korea. She also has a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering at POSTECH.
