    Stella Sung is the Chief Distribution Officer of Cigna Hong Kong.  She is responsible for driving the growth and operational goals of Cigna Hong Kong by revamping the overall Distribution Channel strategy. She leads the Business Development and Client Management teams in developing the strategy and expanding the sales through the Broker, Telemarketing and alternative channels.

    Stella has a wealth of Corporate Solutions experience from her in-house and consultant background, having worked for Mercer, Aon, and Willis Towers Watson as Healthcare Consultant leading global benefit harmonization, total health management and flexible benefits projects across the globe. Prior to joining Cigna, Stella was the Head of Marketing, Product Strategy, and Voluntary Solutions for AIA International Limited.

    Christopher Oh is a Consultant of Mercer’s employee engagement and research consulting practice for Growth Markets where he applies his training and experience in organizational and industrial psychology to help organizations optimize their employee feedback programs. His experience includes development of employee feedback and engagement programs, leadership assessments, manager trainings and utilization of statistics to link employee feedback with metrics of organizational strategies and goals.

    Prior to Mercer | Sirota, Christopher was part of the Global Assessment team in Standard Chartered bank which developed the global assessment tool for new hires.
