    Tommy Fung is the Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific. In this role, Tommy overseas all human resources activities for Bank of America in the Asia Pacific region covering twelve locations.

    Tommy joined BAC in August 2006 as the Compensation Manager for Asia Pacific region and led various key initiatives in Human Resources during this time, including HR Shared Services, Global Mobility and Compensation and Benefits.

    Tommy grew up in Hong Kong and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with major in Economics and Management Studies from University of Hong Kong. He received his Master’s Degree in Human Resources from National University of Ireland.

She is an ambassador of diversity and inclusion in the workplace across Asia, driving thought leadership and related solutions on mental wellbeing, aging workforce and structuring inclusive rewards programs.

    Anne is the Regional Reward Lead for Asia, overseeing reward and benefit activities for 11 markets operating in Asia. She is also the Country HR Lead for Hong Kong.
    Anne joined Macquarie Group in 2018, focusing on driving regional compensation and benefit strategies and wellbeing offerings for employees. During this time she has also led the diversity and inclusion initiatives and development of inclusive benefit policies.
    Anne graduated from the University of New South Wales in Australia with a double major in accounting and information systems. She is a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ.

    John is a Senior Partner and leads the MMB Multinational Client segment, consisting of 600 clients and over 200 people located around the world. MMB Multinational work with large multi-country clients who opt to have one strategic partner for their global employee health and benefits programs. These clients choose MMB as their partner for their Consulting, Broking (GBM) and Technology (Darwin) requirements and this is an area of rapid growth given multinational clients' desire to engage, attract and retain talent through delivery of an attractive and relevant benefits program catering for today's multi-generational workforce. John has over 30 years' experience in the employee benefits and pension industry, 21 of these being with Mercer and Marsh. He is based in Dublin but travels extensively. Prior to his current role he has fulfilled a number of senior business leadership roles in both Marsh and Mercer. John is passionate about health, employee benefits, and the impact of technology on our future.

Pei Wen has more than 10 years of experience in overseeing change management on various scale of benefits project & implementation. In her years of experience, she has worked with more than 500 clients in the change management journey. Pei Wen’s extensive experience in employee benefits market on account and project management has enabled client satisfaction and earned recommendations from clients to accredit MMB’s track record.

    Joan Collar leads Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), the Employee Health & Benefits business formed by the combination of the Marsh McLennan companies Mercer and Marsh in Asia and the Pacific. She is based in Singapore and manages the employee benefits business spanning 14 countries where she leads the strategy and growth across the two regions. Joan started her career in employee benefits over 25 years ago, with the last 15 years in MMB. Joan has authored numerous publications and is an accomplished speaker who participates in speaking engagements across Asia, delivering MMB’s thought leadership on key issues such as healthcare, choice benefits, insurance risk management and mental health.

    Karen is part of the Multinational team at MMB and her coverage is across Asia Pacific. Her current focuses are around global and regional benefit advisory for multinational clients, and in particular she looks after our global benefits management solutions. She has worked with onboarding some of MMB’s largest regional clients, working with them on change management across complex broking, consulting and digital solutions. Karen comes from over fifteen years’ of HR consulting and employee benefits experience. She has a deep knowledge of local benefit broking services, flexible benefits, benefit harmonization and integration projects. She has acted as an advisor and consultant to numerous benefit consulting projects, and held a number of account management and sales leadership positions during her time with MMB based out of Hong Kong. She has also worked hand-in hand with local teams, insurers and vendors to build our local value proposition and go-to-market strategy.

    Graeme leads Climate & Sustainability Consulting across Asia within Marsh Advisory. In this role, he supports our clients analyze and prepare for the risks emerging from their sustainability transformation and create more resilient assets, value chains, and strategies and has delivered ESG and climate-related risk projects across the region and a range of industries. Before joining Marsh Advisory he led research into climate-related and emerging risks for our parent company Marsh McLennan and managed our relationships with high-level organisations including the WEF on global risk issues and was an author of the Global Risks Report. Graeme was also a climate risk and resilience consultant with the World Bank supporting the integration of climate change into risk management strategies. He has held a range of academic positions and consulted to public and private entities on ESG and climate risks across Asia Pacific including financial services, power utilities and logistics companies.

    Emily Li is the Chief Employee Benefits and Wellness Officer of AXA Hong Kong and Macau. She is responsible for managing corporate employee benefits business portfolio and strategic planning of life and health insurance business and steering the wellness strategy for AXA Hong Kong and Macau. Emily joined AXA in 2004 and was appointed as Chief Employee Benefits and Wellness Officer in 2021. She has extensive experience in building distribution channels, client servicing and business development in employee benefits, as well as developing best practices in strategy consulting and overseeing the development of operational plans aligned with customer centricity for 20 years. Emily is a delegate of the Medical Insurance Association under The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI), which she devotes her professionalism and expertise to the industry.

  • It is important that all delegates represent the target audience for the conference.
  • Mercer has the right to decline any registrations received from companies with conflict of interest and other potential delegates that do not match the target audience.
  • Registrations for delegates with commercial roles of any kind will not be accepted.
  • With your registration, we will add your name and company to the participant list to be shared with other conference participants.
