Phil is a Partner and leader of Mercer’s Multinational Client Group in Hong Kong.
He has 26 years of experience in retirement, HR and M&A consulting and during this time he has worked on numerous due diligence and post-merger integration projects. Phil advises large Asian companies on their cross-border transactions and overseas expansion. He frequently conducts client training workshops around HR M&A topics and is a regular speaker at industry events.
Previously Phil led Mercer’s Asian actuarial and retirement business, and he continues to provide actuarial advice to retirement plan sponsors in the Asia region. Phil has a first class degree in business operation and control from the University of Salford, England, and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
