  1. Strengthening lower body and back helps to prevent back pain and strengthen your core muscles. Our physiotherapist can advise you a set of lower body strength training exercises you can do anywhere, anytime, using your own body weight.
  2. Our physiotherapist can advise you on a set of lower body stretching exercises focusing on your quadriceps, hamstrings, hip, and calf to improve your flexibility, reduce the risk of injuries, minimizing knee and back pain.
