The Fourth Industrial Revolution (or Industry 4.0) is impacting the way businesses do business. As companies embrace advanced and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotics, they need to ensure that employees are not left behind.


The technological disruption that is transforming businesses across all industries requires agility, resilience and ‘speed to capability’ to remain competitive. Jobs as we know them today, along with new skill requirements, are evolving at a rapid pace. How leaders and managers  engage, energize, and empathize with employees are critical to attracting, retaining and growing talent.


To help HR practitioners and people managers to better prepare for tomorrow’s ‘new world of work’, Mercer Hong Kong has developed a series of modular programs.


All participants will receive a participation certification for each completed module.  A HR and Leadership 4.0 Master Certification will be awarded to those that has completed six of nine modules within a calendar year.
